I hate TOU but sadly they are a necessity in current society :)

  • You may print and create from each of my designs as often as you wish provided it is for personal use only

  • You must not sell, lend, lease or give away any of my download files to any third party in any format whatsoever

  • When you have purchased my kits I will email you your download zip file which you need to unzip and either save them to your computer or burn them to a CD/DVD Rom for personal use only - if you purchase my CD-Roms they will be posted to you within 24 hrs of purchase

  • You are NOT allowed to sell any of my download files in any format  - this includes CD/DVD Rom or printed out sheets BUT you may sell any item (such as a card or gift bag etc) you make when using/cutting out the printed out sheets from my download files to friends/family (ie pay ware) as long as you are NOT MASS PRODUCING OR SELLING AS A BUSINESS (please see below if you are a business or charity)

  • And finally I am sorry but due to your purchase being in digital/download format there are no refunds but you may by all means download and print of some of my freebies to gauge an idea of quality and design before purchase

If you are a business and are intending to resell large amounts of each design or wish to sell my files as printout craft sheets please contact me for details of a Retailers Licence and discounts available.

As Charities (and animal charities in particular) are close to my heart if you are a Registered Charity you may produce as many of my designs as you wish as printed out craft sheets or completed cards ONLY for resale but I do ask that you contact me to inform me that you will be using my designs (including your Registered Charity Number and web link) and I will supply you with a small image for you to display to state you have permission to sell for fundraising

Businesses may also include your website address when you contact me and I will be happy to provide a list of web links on this site for all Businesses and Charities who create with my designs for resale
