INGUCHEENI TERMS OF AGREEMENT
We use Sale Agreements to try and ensure a puppy has the best possible life with his or her new family and that they are happy, loved and cared for - we are not breeding to sell - but breeding for the improvement of the chocolate and lilac Chihuahua as well as hopefully eventually for the show ring when we have reached the quality required - we are not profiteers (if so we would find a pastime that actually IS profitable LOL) so we care what happens to each and every puppy. Agreements are used so that everyone knows exactly where they stand when it comes to breeding from an Ingucheeni baby OR what is expected from them as a pet companion family - and you will be asked to sign a printed Agreement as proof that you are willing to abide by the terms stated below.
******************************************************************************
If you purchase a pet companion puppy from us our terms are simply that he or she always receives the food, care and veterinary treatment whenever required throughout their life and that you agree to neuter at the appropriate age to stop abandoned or unwanted puppies finding their way to a Dog rescue
******************************************************************************
If you require a breed puppy the same requirements apply as above (excluding neutering) except that we also ask you to put your dog on top priority and not over-breed and also respect your registering body's Guidelines, we also ask you to neuter once their procreative services are no longer required. In the instance of male stud dogs we are quite happy for them to be advertised for stud service as long as the dog's health and best interests are considered priority
We do not kennel our dogs outside and will not knowingly sell our dogs to ANYONE who does use outside kennels/pens as we feel Chihuahuas (and our Poodles) are definitely INDOOR companions only.
All we ask is that our babes are loved and cared for adequately and not used as money-making breed machines or ill-treated or neglected.
And finally PLEASE remember Chihuahuas are NOT handbag accessories or the latest fashion - they are dogs!! They are not a neurotic, snappy aggressive breed - they are purely WHAT THE OWNER makes them to be - treat them as human babies then you will get a very confused out of control dog who could ultimately end up being rehomed - or GOD FORBID sadly put to sleep - so PLEASE - if you love your puppy - treat and rear them correctly from the start - see our puppy page for links to websites on how to train your Chihuahua.
We are happy to offer advice to any new Ingucheeni puppy family where needed or requested.
And if all else fails we are happy to have any of our babies returned to us if you are no longer able to keep them where we may rehabilitate and eventually rehome - or on rare occasions they will remain with us depending on the circumstances around the return of the dog concerned.
